Dear Members of Emerald Meadows HOA Tract 1355, As more and more homes in our association are being used as vacation rentals, the Board would like to ask those of you renting your homes, to make your guests aware, that Diamond Peaks is part of a Homeowners Association, with conditions and restrictions which all homeowners and guests must follow. Dear Property Owners,
If you are renting out your home or having family/friends over, it is important to let them know Diamond Peaks CC&R’s. As an owner, you are ultimately responsible for all rules being followed.

2 key points-
1). All dogs must be on leash. Please pick up the waste/dog bags. We do not have a receptacle for dog waste.

2). To safeguard septic tanks, please make sure feminine hygiene products are not flushed into septic. Visitors from cities are not always aware of septic systems.
